Our Story
I started my career as a licensed title officer and earned my property management certification in 2011. From there my husband, IPA Managing Partner and Licensed Builder David Chwaszczewki and I built, renovated, invested in and managed over 100 properties in North and South Carolina. Along the way we raised three children, who are the lights of our lives. Our family lives in York County, SC.
At IPA, we focus on building your future because we believe that aware, informed and intentional real estate investors produce superior homes, stronger communities, and a better world for everyone. We know when you do well, everyone does well. That’s why we’re dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Investing in real estate can be a great way to make a difference in your community. That’s exactly what we set out to do when we started our journey into real estate investing. With experience in construction, design, and sales we sought out opportunities to build and renovate properties that would make a positive impact on the community. We also worked with investors to provide a 15-20% return for their money within six months of breaking ground.
Our clients were thrilled with the financial returns, but soon they wanted more. Many asked if we would consider managing real estate assets after delivery. They wanted to scale, and they needed more time and less hassle to do it. So, we expanded the business to accommodate their needs and scale with them.
